Philip Hodges is a director based in Los Angeles. He attended Harvard University, where he was a member of the Lampoon and the Hasty Pudding Theatricals. He received his Masters from the USC School of Cinematic Arts in 2010. With a diverse body of work consisting of animation, live-action drama, documentaries, experimental shorts, music videos, and commercials, his films have screened at numerous festivals and art shows.
In 2015, Philip launched and directed Snapchat's first original series, which has garnered over 80 million views per episode. As part of the 2015 YouTube Music Awards he directed Shamir's "Call It Off", which was voted among the TOP 25 VIDEOS OF THE YEAR by The Huffington Post. He is in development with Disney and Nickelodeon on his first feature films.
He is represented by the William Morris Endeavor Agency. Phil will direct "Los Perros" in the summer of 2017 in the city of Brownsville, Texas.
